New main station construction -- plans are in place and construction of a new main fire station will begin soon. It will be a metal structure with two large truck bays, lobby, meeting/training room, office space, kitchen and storage; approx 4800 square feet. A new water well is complete. An upgrade to the water storage tank facilities will begin soon. The old brick structure will be razed and be replaced by the new building. The existing metal building will be retained.
